September 28, 1871 to December 31, 1996 — a dynastic campaign about factions, territory, and political memory.
The world combines political transformation, regime change, social conflicts, and family memory over 125 years. The map retains Country as the primary territorial identity and uses Controlling Faction as a separate political layer: a region can change color and control without ceasing to belong to the same represented country. The campaign begins under the Empire, with the Law of the Free Womb recently sanctioned, and traverses abolition, the monarchic crisis, republican experiments, centralization, industrialization, military rule, opening, and redemocratization. The continuity of the experience is carried by families who accumulate reputation, assets, relationships, and claims over time.
On September 28, 1871, the sanctioning of the Law of the Free Womb begins a generational historical campaign. Any available character can be chosen, whether historical or created by the player, with no faction lock. The initial faction guides alliances and conflicts, but can change through decisions, loyalties, and territorial control. A created character enters as a surprise variable, with their own origin, relationships, and opportunities, and can divert events without automatically erasing historical characters. The campaign spans generations and follows the dispute until 1996; the death of the playable character does not end the game if their family has an eligible heir.
